Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rotation to Residency at https://www.rotationtoresidency.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, including when you view a resident discount code.

Rotation to Residency is a housing discovery platform. We list partner hotels near hospitals, show rates, amenities, driving distances, and—where available—resident discount codes and booking links. The Site is free for visitors to use.

We are not a hotel, property manager, or travel agency. We do not own or operate the hotels listed, and we do not process reservations or payments on the Site. Any stay you book is a contract between you and the hotel or booking provider you choose.

We work to keep hotel information accurate, but listings—including nightly rates, amenities, addresses, discount codes, and driving distances—may change without notice and may contain errors. Distances and routes are estimates based on third-party mapping data. Always confirm details, availability, and final price directly with the hotel or booking site before you travel or pay.

Featured or promoted partners may appear more prominently. Promotion does not guarantee that a property is the best fit for your needs.

Some hotels offer resident or extended-stay discount codes through the Site. Codes are provided for convenience and may be subject to hotel rules, date limits, room type restrictions, and blackout periods. A code displayed today may not work for every stay length or room category.

When you click to view a code, we log that the code was revealed for that hotel (see our Privacy Policy). We do not charge you to view codes.

Booking links may point to third-party websites (for example, links labeled for stays of 1–30 days or 30+ days). Those sites have their own terms, cancellation policies, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or for whether a discount is honored at checkout.

Rotation to Residency may earn a commission or referral fee when you complete a qualifying booking through certain partner links. Commissions do not increase the price you pay through those partners. Our goal is to list options that are genuinely useful for healthcare professionals on rotation; partner relationships help keep the platform free to use.

You agree not to:

• use the Site for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws;
• attempt to scrape, overload, or disrupt the Site or its APIs;
• misuse discount codes for commercial resale or fraud;
• access non-public areas such as the admin panel without authorization;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Rotation to Residency or our hotel partners.

The Site name, branding, layout, and original content are owned by Rotation to Residency or our licensors. Hotel names, logos, and images may belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without permission.

THE SITE AND ALL LISTINGS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LISTINGS ARE COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROTATION TO RESIDENCY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY BOOKING, STAY, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE LINKED FROM THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SITE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS—WHICHEVER IS GREATER. BECAUSE THE SITE IS FREE TO VISITORS, THAT AMOUNT IS TYPICALLY US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rotation to Residency and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Rotation to Residency operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in that State, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
